Halloween Howl (Trunk or Treat Registration & General Info)

Get your costumes ready for downtown Concord's spookiest night out!

Intown Concord's Halloween Howl returns to Main St. on Friday, October 29th from 5:30 pm- 7:30 pm.
Join us for Wicked fun on Main St. for community trick-or-treating, festive costumes and decor, and plenty of ghoulish games and activities for the whole family to enjoy! 
Check out our lineup of activities below: 
3:00 pm - Street closes- Pleasant Street to Center Street/Loudon Road from 3:00 pm – 8:30 pm. This will include Depot Street, Warren Street, School Street, and Park Street. Pleasant Street will not be closed. 
4:00 pm - Pumpkin Carving Contest available for viewing and voting in front of the Concord Food Co-op at 24 S Main St (pumpkins will be lit at 5:30 pm).
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm - Trick or Treating at Downtown Businesses from Loudon Road to Pleasant Street and the "Not so Scary Dance Party" with DJ Darren in front of The State House.
- Free Palm Readings for children provided by The Psychic Shop- masks strongly encouraged during readings. 
- Pick from the "Prize Pumpkin" with Concord Parks and Rec Department across the street from the stage. 
- Games and activities are provided by the Girl Scouts on City Plaza.
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm - Trunk or Treat opens from Park Street to Loudon Road.
6:00 pm - Costume Contest Starts at Stage in front of the State House hosted by D.J. Darren. Participants should report behind the stage at 5:45 pm on City Plaza. 
- Our amazing prizes have been donated by local businesses and will be awarded for "Best Homemade Costume," "Best Group Costume," "Best Store-Bought Costume," for kiddos and adults.
6:30 pm - Pet Costume Contest at the stage in front of the State House hosted by D.J. Darren. Prizes were donated by Sandy's Pet Food Center.
7:00 pm - Best dressed Trunk announced at the stage. The winner receives a complete car detailing donated by Concord Auto Spa. Prizes will be awarded for 2nd and 3rd place too! 
7:00 pm - Voting for your favorite carved pumpkin will close in front of the Concord Food Co-op. The winner will be announced Monday morning, November 1, on their social media channels.
7:30 pm- Event concludes.
